1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or customer negligence.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective or damaged).

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or replacement product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
