1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may apply on selected orders or promotions (if mentioned on our website).
Otherwise, standard courier charges may apply based on your location and order size/weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your parcel.

5. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan for your convenience.
For high-value orders, advance payment may be required.

7. Delays & Responsibility

While we ensure timely delivery, Soft N Sole is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
In case of significant delays, our support team will assist you.
